Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Recruiting assistant plays an important part in the recruitment process.   In this role you will work closely with Restaurant Management Recruiters, Payroll and Operations, to provide administrative support services.   The candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks/functions to include, but not limited to, generating and proofreading letters, data entry and compiling reports pertaining to Restaurant Management new hires, and ordering Training materials.   Maintains and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.  Submits invoicing by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.   Maintains reference and HR verification system while tracking progress.   Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have professional verbal and written communication skills, and possess strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.   At least 1-year previous experience in recruiting support is preferred, and knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.  At least 1 year of previous experience and knowledge with Oracle and Kenexa is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques, including the use of internet and social media sourcing tools, is required.

 
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Will work in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment where a sense of urgency and attention to detail are essential.  The Recruiting Assistant will establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals, will listen carefully, and perform as a team member.
