Marketing Coordinator

We're a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm on the lookout for a full-time Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of one year of experience in marketing and customer service. In this role, you'll cultivate relationships with referral partners, business associates, and clients, while also contributing to social media management, website content, and other facets of our marketing endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and within a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Compensation:

$50,000+ annually (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

Regularly engage with referral partners and business contacts through phone and email communications.
Foster community relationships by attending events and visiting referral partner establishments.
Maintain communication with past clients and referral sources.
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns.
Contribute to social media and website content creation.
Attend company and community events.
Provide support to the marketing department.
Manage schedules for marketing initiatives.
Organize and oversee marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of business and marketing principles.
Outgoing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED certificate.
1-3 years of marketing experience or equivalent education.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
Experience with social media content creation and management.
Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.
Video editing experience is a plus.

Work Hours:

Flexible schedule with availability for evening shifts until 7 PM twice a week and occasional Saturdays.
Hybrid remote position based in Carrollton, TX. Partial work-from-home arrangement with field marketing activities. Some in-office participation required.
