The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Director, TPM and Operations Lead within the Enterprise Business Services segment of Global Technology, the Senior Manager, Program Management for Associate Development will be accountable for developing and driving an annual, multi-year, global Enterprise Business Services -wide associate and leadership development strategy, culture and belonging and listening signals that are aligned with our EBS mission and business objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with the Associate Learning & Leadership (AL&L) CoE, EBS and Global Tech HR, segments and pillars to align the EBS development strategy with broader performance management, succession planning, and overall culture and learning strategies.
This position can be based in Bentonville, Arkansas, Sunnyvale, CA, Bellevue, WA

What you'll do:
The Senior Manager, Program Management will be responsible for the following key areas of the EBS Business Program Operations:
Developing and Implementing Culture Initiatives : Lead efforts to define, cultivate, and reinforce the organization’s (Walmart, Global Tech and EBS) culture and values. Develop strategies, programs, and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with the organization's mission and vision, and ground efforts toward increasing AES YoY.
Associate Recognition Programs : Lead programmatic approach (badge-ify usage; competition) and formalized MTD Making the Difference Impact Award program, including and/or publication(s) . Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement and morale. Facilitate regular communication channels, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to foster a sense of belonging and commitment among employees. (MTDA and FY25 Impact to name a few; analyze and socialize IDC for global recognition)
Associate Development Programs : Design and manage associate development programs aimed at fostering continuous learning, skill development, and career advancement opportunities. Collaborate with HR and pillar leaders/CoS to identify training needs, design learning curriculums, and deliver impactful development experiences within the context of existing Walmart resources.
Leadership Development : Design and implement leadership development programs to build and strengthen leadership (Manager+) capabilities at all levels of the organization. Provide coaching, mentorship, and resources to help leaders enhance their effectiveness, drive associate engagement, and support organizational goals.
Performance Management Support : Collaborate with HR and management teams to support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance and resources to help associates and managers navigate performance discussions and development planning.
Cultural Assessment and Feedback : Conduct regular assessments and surveys to measure organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and engagement levels. Analyze survey data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address issues and enhance the employee experience.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives : Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Develop strategies, programs, and initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and ensure equitable opportunities for all employees.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with HR, pillar leaders, and other stakeholders to align culture and talent initiatives with organizational goals and priorities. Build strong relationships and partnerships across the organization to drive collaboration and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Metrics and Analytics : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of associate development initiatives. Track and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes, identify trends, and inform future strategies and decision-making.
