Job description
We are seeking construction cleaners to join our team at our Glendale AZ location. This is a commercial job site.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, and public spaces
- Handle waste disposal and recycling
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and public spaces.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly to maintain a secure and safe workplace
Qualifications
- Dedication to providing janitorial services in a professional and consistent manner at all times
- Able to work in a past paced environment with established priorities, work independently and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures
Hours:
Monday – Friday
6:00am – 3:00pm
Pay Range: $18- $21
