Job description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Lean Process Engineer to work on their ongoing project in the Saint Paul, MN office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

• Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Value Stream Mapping & Workflow Mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all
• organizational levels.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Product management experience.

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
