We are currently seeking a dedicated and hard-working Landscape Enhancement/Softscape Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for creating beautiful landscapes, working with intricate details, and delivering work with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform jobs in accordance with industry and company standards
• Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients
• Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures
• Record expenses and crew hours worked
• Prepare and complete job sites
• Maintain a clean worksite
• Complete necessary paperwork and information pertaining to the job
• Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience installing a variety of landscape applications
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, dingo, and trucks with trailers
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Consistent, dependable attendance record
• Willingness to work variable hours, including occasional overtime
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Previous experience working for a professional landscape company (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
