As a Buyer's Agent, you'll play a crucial role in our team's success. You'll guide our clients through the entire home buying process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience. Your keen market insights, negotiation skills, and dedication to client satisfaction will be key to your role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Search for properties that match client criteria and arrange viewings.
- Provide clients with detailed information and advice on properties and the market.
- Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as home inspectors, mortgage advisors, and attorneys, to ensure all aspects of the purchase process are managed efficiently.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the team's growth.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License in New Jersey
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Proven track record as a Buyer's Agent or in a Sales Role
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and property values
- A client-first attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
- Driven, with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
