Application Support Engineer
Contract or Contract to Hire
This is an onsite work role. SL County - west side location
Pay Target $36 - $45 per hour depending on experience
Job Description
Work with the manufacturing business units and internal technical teams supporting their production work environments. This work is part of a team that responds to incidence ticketing systems and troubleshoots the software either remotely from their main offices. Will also be required to occasionally go onsite at the nearby/various manufacturing environments. Additionally, they use a sophisticated MES / ERP interface for their manufacturing logistics systems, including their card-readers / badging systems
Required Skills:
- Software Application Support experience
- Light software troubleshooting and testing (C# / .NET software)
- Break Fix of software applications experience
- Extensive documentation
- Experience with light evaluation and providing minor improvements to C#/Net web apps
- Ability to do MSSQL inquiries to troubleshoot the database
- Experience with MES / ERP systems troubleshooting
- Experience with troubleshooting ticketing systems (list any/all on your resume)
- Available to participate in occasional incidence response events outside of normal business hours
