Legal Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full time/direct hire Legal Receptionist at a law firm in Jacksonville, FL . This is a great opportunity to get more exposure to a legal office setting!
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegal, and legal assistants
Answer phones, connect with clients and potential clients
Maintain case files, case management
Proven Time Management and Organizational skills
Manage mail and other legal correspondence
Maintain office supplies
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Cross-functional communicator
Education
Highschool Diploma
Skills
Demonstrated time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially outlook
Compensation and Benefits
This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $35,000 to $36,000 and benefits may include 401k matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
