El Patron Harley-Davidson, a division of RumbleOn, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Floor Manager to assist our sales professionals in the closing of deals and building of customer relationships. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior purchasing experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine or Automotive dealership setting.
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in a leadership role in dealership setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• A motorcycle endorsement is not required, but welcomed.
• A passion for powersports, understanding of the products and industry trends is strongly desired.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills,
• Strong knowledge of finance products.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
