The F35 Solutions Master Scheduler (MS) coordinates with Program Management, Finance and Operations to prepare and execute Master Demand Schedules (MDS) for new and forecasted project requirements, as well as changes to existing schedules, based on Customer demands. Simulation modeling is utilized to review material requirements, rough cut factory capacity, and other potential obstacles to achieve Customer requirements. Capacity models are reviewed in collaboration with Finance and Manufacturing teams.
The MS works very closely with the Supply Chain Planning team as new projects are executed. They work to ensure that the plans are fully integrated and accepted across Program functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.
The MS monitors program schedule performance, performs risk analysis, identifies, and helps resolve critical path issues. Metrics reporting, inclusive of MDS performance, On-time Work Order releases and completions, aged Work in Process, Procurement compression and misalignments utilizing Tableau, Power BI dashboards and DataView reports are run a on weekly or monthly cadence and presented to Leadership.
This MS will have the added responsibility of scheduling the antenna range for our Advanced Composite Manufacturing facility in Merrimack NH and Greenlawn NY.
Duties include:
- Managing all antenna range schedules.
- Communicating with Antenna Range teams for testing statuses.
- Leading weekly and monthly meetings with Cross-functional Range and Manufacturing teams
- Tracking Metrics and Rough Cut Capacity models
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of Supply Chain Planning / Scheduling or equivalent experience.
- Significant ERP System Experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership team, production team, and Customers.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP)
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt)
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in two or more of the following:
- Supply Chain
- Demand Planning
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP),
- Inventory Management
- Capacity Planning
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
