Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Keep track of employee schedules and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
