Job description
Immediate opening for a Customer Service - Admin. Pay rate $18hr. Remote - Hybrid position - Connecticut– potential for Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities for the Customer Service – Admin support include but are not limited to the following:
Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
Taking calls from existing and potential new customers about products and services
Troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner
Handling computer entry and admin support documents as required
Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
2+ years exp as a Customer Service position in similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
Hybrid position – remote but must be able to do occasional days within Connecticut
Hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, with occasional extra day requested
Pay rate $18 hr
