Job description
Ray Catena BMW of Westchester is seeking individuals with entry level or higher experience in customer service relations for our service department. Working times include full time 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime hours.
The shifts available are as follows:
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45am -4pm
- Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45am -4pm

Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer data collection and entry into our DMS, Routing Calls and setting appointments when needed.
Qualifications
- Have a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Be able to operate basic phone and computer functions.
- Customer service and call center experience preferred.
Education level required:
High School or equivalent
