POSITION : Human Resources Admin

REPORTS TO : Sr. Manager, Human Resources

SUMMARY:

The Human Resource Admin will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department and administration, under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Human Resources. Responsibilities for this role will include employee onboarding, benefit management, as well as leave administration to include workers compensation, medical leave and FMLA compliance. This position will work collaboratively with the payroll department to ensure all benefits and deductions are allocated and reconciled accurately.
