Ads Marketing Specialist Pay Rate: Up to $35/hr depending on experience
Location: 100% Remote, (EST preferred or PST)
Duration:6 Months with potential to extend
Our well-known Technology client is looking for an Ads Marketing Specialist to join their team for a 12 month, 40 hour a week contract that has the potential to extend. This is a fully remote role, though preference is for the contractor to sit in the EST time zone or PST time zone.
This person will act as a point of contact internally to Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) within the Music Org regarding management, execution, and reporting for digital advertising campaigns. The Music Org manages strategic content and relationships with music labels and publishers across our client's Family of Apps. They are seeking an ads marketing professional to own, coordinate and execute strategic campaign plans for their slate of Creators, Public Figures and Media Publishers.
Ads Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams in engaging with our partners, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns, technical support, partner education and solutions, and support products and features across various verticals.
- Create impact by developing and scaling successful ad support programs, optimizing ad spend for positive results and following up with reports to our partners and serving as a marketing liaison between Content Promotions and other operational teams within the company.
- Lead the setup and execution of successful advertising campaigns supporting Meta Partner content
- Assist Strategic Partner Managers & internal teams with marketing education, campaign management, reporting and technical support for teams within the Content Partnerships
- Own all aspects of trafficking, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
- Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to improve the support and performance of our partners content
- Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for partners and pushing issues toward resolution
Ads Marketing Specialist Minimum Qualifications- 3-5 year of expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Products, and knowledge of Facebook organic tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Avid Facebook and Instagram user with knowledge of both products as a user and partner
- Data-driven with excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong operational prowess with experience in project management and process improvement
- Experience problem solving and tackling problems with a creative mindset
- Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Passion and interest in the media industry
Ads Marketing Specialist Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the music industry
- Experience in working with creators or public figures on digital marketing campaigns
- Understanding of Facebook Platform and how its products could be leveraged by creators and public figures
- Facebook Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate, Media Planning Professional or Media Buying Professional certification
