You’ll need to be organized, professional, and a clear communicator.  In this role, you'll support project planning and execution while bridging communication between clients and internal teams. Learn to assess projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficient schedules without compromising creativity. You'll assist in managing project timelines and contribute to detailed conference reports, enhancing both client and team communication. You’ll gain valuable insights into agency account profitability and strategic client relationship building. This internship is an ideal stepping stone for a career in business management, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

As an Art Director intern , you are passionate about art and design. You should have a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with Adobe After Effects being a plus. You should know the fundamentals of typography and color theory. You are proactive, intensely curious and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’re willing to jump in on all creative projects, and have a high standard for your work. You have an innate ability to concept and execute across several media channels. Your visual aesthetic and design sense enables you to create work that is both stylish and unique. You take constructive feedback well and implement changes in a timely manner. You also collaborate with writers to form independent partnerships that support strategic communication directions.

As a Copywriter Intern , you believe that words have the power to change the way people think. You’re a natural at writing in different voices, and are eager to help shape a brand’s voice. You’re deeply curious about new ways to express thoughts and ideas. You know what’s in and what’s out right now. You know the difference between a good idea, a bad idea and no idea. And your curiosity has almost gotten you killed a few times. As a core member of our team, you’ll work with multiple departments to develop and sell killer creative that is also on strategy.

As a Strategy Intern , you’ll inform how marketing will solve real business challenges. You should be curious about businesses: how they make money, how they create value, who they help, and the problems they solve. You’re unafraid of meaty research projects and love to dig into the depths of the internet to find your answers. As a strategist, you’ll help to gather competitive research and insights for your creative team. You’ll help to sell-in new ideas to clients and make sure the marketing is addressing core business challenges. You’ll help to put your team in the shoes of the audience and lead discussions on the jobs for marketing. You’ll also share data and rationale to optimize tactics and make sure plans work together to achieve the brand’s objectives.

As a Social Media Intern , you'll create content for our agency and diverse clients across platforms like Meta, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Your role will involve crafting engaging posts, leveraging trends, and understanding audience dynamics to enhance our online presence. You'll also monitor social media trends, manage engagement, and help maintain content calendars. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, keen on learning, and enthusiastic about digital storytelling.

As a Production Intern , you have strong communication and collaboration skills. You understand how many moving parts are involved in a production and you’re eager to jump in. You have a passion for creative storytelling, and understand the logistical implications of producing new work. Your organizational skills are top-notch. You have a basic understanding of video production process. You’re just as enthusiastic about a national TV spot as you are about a social post – and you know how to get scrappy. You’ll assist in everything from pre-production to post, and offer ideas throughout on how to create efficiencies and help bring the creative idea to life.

A Creative Technology Intern is tasked with blending innovative technology solutions with creative ideas to enhance advertising campaigns and projects. This dynamic role involves working closely with the creative and tech teams to research and implement emerging technologies that can drive engagement and deliver unique experiences to audiences. The role will assist in developing prototypes, conducting technology feasibility studies, and supporting the creation of digital assets such as interactive web applications, augmented/virtual reality experiences, and mobile applications. Additionally, the intern will be expected to stay abreast of the latest technology trends and digital tools, contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing tech-driven insights that can elevate the agency's creative output. Ideal candidates should possess a strong foundation in software development, digital design, or a related field, combined with a creative mindset and a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital advertising.
