Job description
To coordinate and direct maintenance, gardening, and custodial personnel assigned to James Logan High school.
Directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance & Operations.
Directly responsible for maintenance, gardening, and custodial personnel assigned to James Logan High School.
Coordinates and directs maintenance, gardening, and custodial personnel assigned to James Logan High School.
Directs the staff assigned to the various areas of responsibility, including providing for the evaluation process and inservice program.
Plans, organizes, and supervises the scheduling of all assigned staff.
Coordinates the scheduling needs for co-curricular programs in relationship to facility.
Supervises and assists in the performance of general maintenance tasks.
Meets with site administrator or designee on a regular basis to discuss facility needs.
Inspects facility for cleanliness and safety.
Assists Manager of Operations in employee performance testing and selection.
Performs other duties as assigned.
