Base Salary Range: $72,000-$115,000 (Based on experience level)

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in a dynamic working environment. The ideal candidate must possess superb organizational and analytical skills, as well as demonstrate an understanding of the legal field. The Litigation Paralegal must be able to perform tasks such as legal research, document review, and issue spotting. This role requires excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform legal research and fact gathering to support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
- Organize documents, exhibits, and other materials for trial.
- Organize pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Locate and interview potential witnesses.
- Prepare and file legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and memorandums.
- Assist with document production.
- Provide case analysis and legal advice.
- Conduct legal research using online databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other sources.
- Perform document review using software such as Relativity, Trial Director, and other programs.
- Prepare and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with deposition preparation and trial preparation.
- Prepare and organize materials for court hearings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies.
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with document management software.
- Familiarity with legal research tools, such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
