SKILLS/ MUST-HAVES:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Mid/Senior level candidate needed (5-10 years ideal)
* EXCELLENT comm skills, THEY NEED TO BE strong communicators with internal and external clients
* Machine Learning/ Automation experience - specifically related to WFM processes and systems
* 5-10 years of Contact Center Demand Planning (WFM Related) - larger contact center environment experience HIGHLY preferred
COMPANY/ JOB INSIGHT:
- Position from NEW PROJECT for NRG, extended resources needed
- Position open b/c other potential candidates accepted full time work and cannot do this role
- This person will work remote, normal business hours (so need some flexibility in current role)
- Mid-Senior level candidate needed
- TEAM - 4 currently on the project for NRG - larger group on client side. Would work closely with their current WFM resource and "report" to the Project Manager and Patrick O'Hara (Managing Director of Service Delivery)
- Client located in CT zone
- No travel expectations for this position
- PROJECT - This is WFM journey mapping project, working to identify inefficiencies in client process and model as well as to look for opportunities for greater machine learning and automation
- CANDIDATE HIRED will use their own equipment but given access to NRG email and resources
* Experience with both ST and LT Scheduling (WFM related)
