Project Coordinator - Virginia Beach (Onsite)
Position Summary
Endurance is seking a Technical Project Coordinator who will be responsible for providing project coordination for established initiatives within the company. They will be assisting multiple PMs and BAs with their projects as needed.
Position Responsibilities
· Assist with developing requirements in reference to scheduled projects
· Assist with the development of proposals for assigned projects including project objectives
· Assist with drafting project communications
· Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends, as needed, to prepare project status reports
· Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skill Sets / Education & Experience
I deal candidate will have 1) a passion for technology and a desire to use technology to improve operations and customer/employee experience; 2) empathy and experience working with coworkers from diverse backgrounds 3) the ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner.
· Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of experience in a project management setting (coordinator or entry level PM)
· Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
· Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
· Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry
· Previous experience with Jira, Microsoft O365, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus
