Job description

Title: Director, Product Marketing

 

Reporting to: VP, Marketing

 

Opportunity:

We’re looking for an energetic, collaborative, hands-on product marketer and storyteller to build out the product marketing function at Get Well and communicate Get Well’s value across all go-to market (GTM) channels. This leader will sit at the center of product, commercial (sales and client success), and marketing teams to drive messaging and programs that accelerate sales and customer adoption.

This is a remote position with occasional travel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Product / feature launches: Partner with product, sales, and client success teams to lead launches of new products, solutions, and releases of major features; identify and align on goals, develop the launch plan, build messaging and content to support, and orchestrate GTM across teams; measure and analyze launch performance
• Product messaging and content: Develop, hone, and continuously test product messaging that communicates Get Well’s value to target buyers; translate messaging to sales and marketing assets.
• Sales training and enablement: Develop sales materials (sales presentations, one-pagers, battlecards) that are easy to consume, and effectively communicate our value to the market; lead and orchestrate sales training
• Marketing strategy: Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Get Well’s' platform; ensure that messaging and knowledge of target buyers and market are effectively translated to tactics and content that drive marketing qualified leads and customer adoption (utilization, renewals); partner with business operations to measure efficacy and adapt as needed
• Competitive intel: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Market intel: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends and patterns, and gather insights that will help inform product development and marketing strategies.

 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing roles, with at least one substantial role in health tech - you should know what frameworks and playbooks to use, and how/when to go beyond the traditional playbook
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a strong storyteller
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure performance; familiarity with tools such as Tableau and Hubspot is a strong plus
• Strong market research and survey design experience
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with health tech is a plus
• Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations

Our most valuable benefit? An environment that supports YOU.  The estimated pay scale for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 in base salary plus annual bonus potential. Base salary is dependent upon many factors including, but not limited to, education, experience,  and skills and this range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
