Job Overview
Accumulate, analyze, forecast, and report a variety of transactional data used in the decision-making process of the business. Assist in the development, production, and distribution of product-based reports (compliance, operational, and customer. Assist with the review and or distribution of data extracts obtained from external sources (CBP). Provide initial product support under the direction of management as it relates to transactional data and problem resolution, data extracts, user set up, and or reporting. Assist in the development and deployment of the data warehouse tables and associated queries need to support the import product and its' reporting requirements.
What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)- Assist the Import Department by producing a variety of import-related reports (i.e. duty outlay, entry counts (branch / MOT), inbond tracking, ABI error statistics) as well as customer based activity - historical and product based
- Analyze and audit data results for completeness and accuracy on both internal (SI) or external (CBP) reporting
- Provide product support as direction by management in the area of report and application
- Assist with the documenting, testing and validating of business requirements needed to support the data warehouse tables, queries or results developed internally (SI) or externally (ACE)
- Transfer internal legacy reports from ad hoc scheduler to data warehouse. Stabilize report generation and track completion of requested report modifications.

- This is a specialist level position. Good interpersonal skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Generally, prefer 5 years of experience.
- A strong understanding of MS Excel with working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
