Are you passionate about breaking down complexity through visual storytelling and creating captivating designs that leave a lasting impact? We're on the lookout for a creative and strategic Presentation & Data Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the maestro of design, turning abstract business concepts into visually stunning collateral that wins new business and keeps our clients engaged.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the design virtuoso responsible for creating eye-catching client-facing collateral that showcases our key value propositions and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders on multiple concurrent projects, shaping the visual narrative of our brand.
- Develop strategic narratives through design, expressing business, strategy, and value proposition across various collateral types, from PowerPoint slides to brochures, web banners, and more.
- Lead the transformation of raw data and concepts into concise, meaningful visuals, making complex information easily digestible.
- Design visually compelling, data-driven stories that inform decision-makers, clients, and employees.
- Contribute to maintaining content libraries, champion content repurposing, and ensure version control.
- Actively pursue and share best practices, staying ahead of changing technology and teaching new approaches to the team.
- Collaborate with other creative teams to ensure a cohesive, brand-consistent graphical approach.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Design/Illustration/Information Design or similar, with 3 or more years of successful design experience and a portfolio showcasing advanced data-driven design work.
- Proficiency across Macintosh and PC environments, expert in design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Seismic, Sketch, and Figma is a plus.
- Effortless storytelling, communication, and synthesis abilities with incredible attention to detail.
- Keen eye for typography, color, and layout, breaking down complex information into beautiful and simplified content.
- Ability to distill abstract ideas into clear, compelling collateral.
- Great interpersonal skills, enjoying collaboration and working in a team environment.
- Meticulous, technical, organized, with a passion for all things design and strategy.
- Thrives under pressure, in time-sensitive, and rapidly evolving situations.
- Ability to take and give feedback with respect, empathy, and consideration.
- Negotiation skills to reach win/win solutions with clients.
