Summary:

Salary will be up to $16.00 per hour (based on experience), full time 37.5 hours per week (plus insurance and time off benefits)

Basic Responsibilities:

A snapshot of what you'll do:

Provide general clerical support such as making copies, faxing documents, filing, and organizing

Answer phones and greet guests

Sort and distribute mail and faxes

Draft correspondence, perform data entry, and prepare monthly reports

Order supplies

Work with accounting on receiving and depositing checks and/or ACH payments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Six (6) months' related experience

Experience in processing high volume electronic filing

A passion for helping others

Must be a pro-active problem solver with the ability to multi-task while maintaining excellent attention to detail

High level organization skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel), the Internet, Adobe, and database programs (data entry skills)

Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects

Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for Easterseals Florida business-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
