Description:
Will be responsible for handling the operations of the shift. Will be overseeing production team (prod supers, maintenance team, maint supers, quality, team lead, production control, 55-65 people). Will be liaison between plant and supplier. Will need to understand manufacturing operations and structure for the shift including volumes, meeting production schedule, Raw materials coming in and materials going out, safety of all people in plant including any outside vendors, being a working leader, learning and getting to know all team members, making sure everyone is properly trained.
