Title: IT Integration and Workflow Specialist
Reports to: Director of IT Support
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (Flexible Work Options Available)
About the Role:
Join our innovative IT team as an IT Integration and Workflow Specialist. This role is crucial for developing, deploying, and supporting back-end integration solutions and Okta workflows. We're seeking a proactive, self-motivated problem solver with a robust IT background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, testing, deployment, and enhancement of back-end integration solutions to optimize organizational operations.
- Design and implement Okta workflows, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms.
- Actively engage with end-users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose improvements, and deliver robust technical support.
- Analyze user needs, documenting requirements and processes for enhanced application and integration performance.
- Translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for application configurations, coding, and processes to facilitate troubleshooting and future reference.
- Keep management consistently informed about project developments and milestones.
- Provide backup support to the IT Support team, handling diverse hardware and software issues.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all company data.
- Contribute to additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Strong understanding of both business and technical workflows.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Current knowledge of the latest IT technologies.
- Resilience under pressure and adeptness at managing interruptions.
- Solid customer service focus and a collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of database, integration, and application management security best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience in systems integration.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Suite, Okta Workflows, Office 365, Zendesk, CRM, VMware UEM, and other SaaS/Cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with OAuth, RESTful APIs, and API authentication methods.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Azure).
- Previous technical system support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11.
Pay Range: $25-35
