The Grounded Bean in Brunswick, OH is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 1050 Pearl Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, hard-working and RELIABLE.

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area- completing downtime and daily tasks
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Team Player
• Must be available to work weekends and weekday mornings
