Position Title Pediatric Neurologist

Job Description Marshall University Department of Neurology is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Neurologist with a completed residency in Neurology and completed fellowship in child neurology.
Duties for this position include:
Position involves clinic, hospital, and teaching components.
Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for pediatric Neurology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Provide general pediatric neurology call coverage with other pediatric neurologists in a shared system. Active in physician and hospital outreach activities related to pediatric neurology. Participate in medical student and resident education, as well as research. All other appropriate duties as assigned by the chair of the Department of Neurology.

Salary Range Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education A medical degree and completion of residency training in Neurology.
Experience The ideal candidate(s) will have an interest in academic medicine with an emphasis on clinic based practice, Must have a strong desire to teach and mentor medical students.
