OMNI is honored to be retained by Lewis and Clark Information Exchange (LACIE) in their search for a highly-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented Project Manager. The Project Manager (PM) will spearhead projects alongside internal teams and external collaborators, taking charge of project timelines to ensure timely completion and deliverable fulfillment. Additionally, the PM will take responsibility for overseeing the integration and daily operation of LACIE’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, as well as overseeing client contracting and grant reporting for LACIE.

The Lewis and Clark Information Exchange (LACIE) a 501(c)(3) organization has been exchanging data since September of 2010, the first Health Information Organization (HIO) to go live in Kansas or Missouri. LACIE was initially formed by Heartland Health in Saint Joseph, MO, now MOSAIC, and was gifted to the Greater Kansas City Community and the State of Kansas in 2013. LACIE provides patient information to prominent healthcare systems and providers across the Midwest. LACIE is committed to enhancing patient safety by eliminating obsolete, paper-based medical records, and combining patient data into a single, widely available digital record.

• Lead project timelines internally and externally and ensure deliverables are produced on time with the greatest impact.
• Facilitate CRM onboarding, development, and daily management.
• Manage grant reporting and ensure submission.
• Support contract development with Director of Sales and Client Support.
• In partnership with the Director of Sales and Client Support, assist in the preparation of contractual participant agreements and renewals for execution by the Executive Director and signatory of the participant organization.
• Manage project budgets in partnership with accounting firm.
• Assist in designing, with support of the Executive Director and Director of Sales and Client Support, the LACIE sales plan for potential and renewing clients.
• In partnership with the Executive Director and partners, design sales and training materials for new and existing clients.
• Utilize data to support project strategies and planning.
• Assist in data quality projects and activities including, but not exclusive to, providing support, documentation, and potential solutions on data quality issues both internal and external to LACIE.
• Suggest and onboard other processes to support organizational efficiency and progress.
• Follow HIE news nationally and locally.
• Develop and assist with LACIE’s relationship with our partners.
• Attend designated meetings on behalf of LACIE as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing CRMs and other relevant databases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data to formulate strategies and achieve organizational objectives.
• Understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships internally and with external partners.
• Strong handle on cloud-based programs and software (Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Experience using project management software preferred.
