Job description
Seeking a Bilingual Mobile Loan Officer passionate about financial empowerment. Use your skills by providing friendly and professional service to our members, and contributing to their financial well-being.
Location: Various locations, NM
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $24.00 hourly
Schedule Varies: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Communication: Effective communication skills. Requires proficiency in both English & Spanish.
Mobile position: Schedule and location may vary depending on the needs of branches. Must utilize own transportation, and have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Preferred Experience: Lending and Customer Service.
Position involves receiving and processing loan requests via phone, in-person, and website. Preparing documentation, and making recommendation to approving officer, and disbursing funds.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
