Job description

At our Company, we're dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that support critical programs, including the FAA's NAS Defense Program. We're currently seeking a talented Software Developer/Integrator to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Collaborate with our team to enhance and maintain system architecture, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Implement high-availability solutions in coordination with the infrastructure team.
Prepare for system releases, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
Design and develop software solutions using a variety of technologies including JavaScript, PHP, Oracle, Python, and ESRI ArcGIS, supporting GIS Web Applications.
Identify and resolve integration issues, software bugs, and performance bottlenecks to enhance system functionality.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of integrated systems.
Utilize tools like Webpack and Node Package Manager for efficient component building and packaging.
Utilize Atlassian products including JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence for streamlined project management and collaboration.
Develop comprehensive system documentation, including design documents, software architecture documentation, and diagrams.
Assist in user training and development of training materials to ensure effective system utilization.
Support various technical and maintenance activities, including security assessments, resolution of technical issues, and system modernization recommendations.
Provide guidance to team members, fostering cross-group coordination and collaboration.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Python, Nginx, PHP-FPM, and ArcGIS.
Experience with Oracle Databases is a plus.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, and Outlook.
Experience in proposal efforts is desirable.
