Are you a culinary professional with a passion for fine dining? YaYa's, a renowned restaurant in Denver, CO , is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. If you have experience in fine dining, possess a ServSafe certification, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, we want to hear from you!

• Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
• Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain inventory control and assist in ordering supplies to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, with a focus on maintaining ServSafe standards.
• Contribute to the development of new dishes and culinary concepts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Sous Chef or similar role, with a focus on fine dining.
• Open availability to accommodate the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe certification is a must.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
