In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs and Nurses in the building to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained. You will be responsible for monitoring the scheduling phone and managing callouts. Staffing needs will be found primarily within the facility as well as coordinating with local agencies to fill in the nursing needs.
In this unique role, there will also be one day, following an HR orientation that you will be training newly onboarded nurses on some of the following: floor nursing duties, working with PCC, as well as desk responsibilities that will be required while working the floor. We are looking for someone who can positively create solutions, is a team player, and has great leadership skills to add to our team.
