Responsibilities

RECRUITER - HUMAN RESOURCES-FULL-TIME

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruiter for the Human Resources Department will have primary responsibility for all internal and external recruitment through utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), external/internal job boards, participation in Job Fairs and Career Open House events. Responsible for weekly/monthly recruitment reporting and communicating with hiring managers regarding status of vacancies and interviews. Utilizes Outlook for calendar and email management.  Additional responsibilites will be conducting pre-employment processes and assisting with orientation.  The Recruiter will also have occassional responsibility for some HR Generalist duties as a back-up.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION : Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. At least two years experience in Human Resources required, preferably within healthcare setting. Must have demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS ATS preferred. Excellent customer service, organizational skills, tech savvy and attention to detail.
