Ready to be the heartbeat of our Body Shop? As the Office Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for our shop accounts. You’ll collaborate with our office personnel to maintain an exceptional customer experience, addressing concerns with a proactive approach. You’ll provide support to estimators and technicians, maintaining an efficient workflow that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Your commitment to your team will shine through as you coach and provide performance evaluations, ensuring our team maintains and enhances their skills. With a meticulous eye, you’ll also oversee our shop's timekeeping process, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of any discrepancies.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the key point of contact for all shop accounts.
- Collaborate with the office personnel to uphold an exceptional customer experience and promptly address any concerns.
- Provide supervision and work closely with estimators and technicians to maintain an efficient workflow that consistently meets customer needs.
- Lead the hiring of new team members, ensuring optimal staffing to uphold production and quality standards.
- Deliver coaching and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team maintains and enhances their skills.
- Oversee the shop's timekeeping process, meticulously reviewing timecards for accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
