One of our clients is seeking a Residential Aide to provide service in the Willimantic, CT area.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
• Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment.
• Ensure all care and services are delivered in a climate of normalization, caring and concern.
• Participate in the house behavior modification system.
• Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles.
• Transport consumers to appointments (as needed)
• Willingness to work SECOND shift

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), Criminal, DMV Abstract, and a Drug Screening
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
