Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager in Greensboro NC
This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.
The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner.

What This Role Will Do:
-Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners
-Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards
-Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns
-Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained
-Perform minor repairs
Qualifications Needed:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of construction experience in trades role ( Carpenter, Punch, Drywall, etc), & residential homes highly preferred
