A leading tech company is seeking a Non-IT Program Manager. The successful candidate will be running queries to look for data patterns, building reports to highlight those patterns and make sure the leadership sees them. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of Program Management experience . The company offers a great work environment!
Non-IT Program Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company ( Redmond, WA 98052 - Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Non-IT Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Work closely with program/process owners to identify change and drive the consensus necessary following the manageable change strategy.
- Identify gaps and scope optimizations for program efficiencies, develop a framework for emerging areas that align with current business processes.
- Manage multiple programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations in parallel.
- Design solutions in collaboration with engineering teams to improve product quality and related processes.
- Lead engineering teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes providing regular workstream status to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
- Confer with management and partner teams to onboard new programs and procedures, including the development of reports to show status.
Non-IT Program Manager Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of Program Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or related industry experience.
- Knowledge of software security and/or compliance regulation preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio) and Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong ability to work with data-related technologies such as Azure Data Explorer, SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of Source Control systems, usage patterns and Git.
- Solid understanding of engineering systems (work & code management, build, validation, deployment, instrumentation) service operations at scale.
