Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make an impact in supplier management? We're looking for a motivated GRC Project Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in our Enterprise Supplier Management team, helping to execute and track project plans focused on supplier risk, performance, and relationship management.

Job Description:

As a GRC Project Analyst, you'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence initiatives within our supplier management program. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at enhancing supplier relationships and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

Utilize cutting-edge Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to execute key supplier management program functions, including risk assessments and segmentation.
Conduct thorough data analyses using both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify trends and insights.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Assist in developing tactical plans based on supplier risk and performance levels across various inherent risk factors.
Lead internal meetings to disseminate results from performance management activities and gather feedback.
Develop and document robust processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure program effectiveness.
Create program roadmaps, documentation, and timelines to guide project implementation.
Develop training content and lead engaging training sessions for team members.
Lead and support special projects as needed, demonstrating strong leadership and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field required. Advanced degree or experience in supply chain discipline preferred.
