Job description

Bright Beginnings, Inc. in Plantsville, CT is looking for a part-time teaching assistant to join our team. We are located on 185 West Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities
• Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents
• Assist in preparing food and serving meals
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment

 

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in this field is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend and stand
• Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass background screening
