National Indoor RV Centers is on the move and we're on the hunt for a charismatic Consignment Sales maestro to join our thriving Lebanon, TN location. With a reputation for excellence and a rapidly growing inventory, this is your opportunity to shine in the world of RV sales!
You Will:
- Manage Our Inventory: Collaborate directly with our sales manager to oversee our diverse inventory, ensuring it's always stocked with top-quality coaches.
- Connect with Prospects: Dive into the action by cold-calling prospects from various platforms like RV Trader, Storage, Facebook, and more. Your mission? To seal the deal on direct purchases or consignments.
- Consigner Relations: Be the bridge between us and our valued consigners. You'll handle everything from pricing negotiations to delivering offers.
- Make Ready Magic: Partner with our Make Ready team to ensure every coach is in tip-top shape. From washing and detailing to staging and photography, you'll make sure they're ready to shine.
- Lot Master: Keep our lot in top shape, making sure coaches are presented at their absolute best.
- Service Synergy: Collaborate with our service department to address any issues with direct-buy or consignment units.
- Closing Time: Finish the consignment process with flair by sending settlement agreements to our consigners.
- Showtime: Be a star on the road! Attend events and shows to drive prospects our way.
Qualifications:
- Sales Savvy: 2+ years of sales experience, with a preference for RV sales background.
- Tech Pro: Comfortable with computers and software, especially Sales Force and Excel.
- Phone Power: Strong cold-calling skills.
- Professional Poise: Demonstrate credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Communication Champ: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Customer-Centric: This is a customer-facing role, so a professional image and exceptional customer service skills are a must.
- Ready to Roll: Valid driver's license required.
- Ready for Action: Must be at least 18 years old and prepared for some travel.
- Strength & Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and moving up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Active Lifestyle: Be ready for periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
- Adaptable: Embrace environmental conditions that may include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
