Job description
Compensation: $15-$17.00 Per Hour DOE
Employment Type: Part-Time
Terms: Seasonal February – April – Ideal candidate, would be someone with Landscape maintenance experience, that would work into a full time position
Job Summary: Ventrac Operator * Anchorage * ON -CALL*
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year’s experience commercial skid steer or similar w/snow experience
- Valid Alaska Driver’s License w/clean driving record and Valid Medical Certificate
- Able to follow directions and be a productive member of a crew
- Knowledgeable with basic snow removal equipment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to follow multiple commercial property site instructions, producing high quality work results
Job Responsibilities:
- Include operation of an articulating machine in a safe & efficient manner including towing trailer/parking/backing trailer – sweeping/blowing/plowing of multiple commercial sidewalks.
- Must have the ability to work all hours of the day and night while on call, and be able to work safely, proficiently with quality results.
- Must be able to respond within one hour of call out
- Pre employment drug testing
- Hours are dependent on a 2″ snowfall or rain
