Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s Louisiana-based export projects will service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

We are seeking a Coordinator, Travel & Expense, Shared Services to join our accounting team. This position will report to the Senior Analyst, Travel & Expense and be located on-site in the Arlington, VA headquarters office.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary travel and expense coordinator, for a select group of high travel volume employees, to include:
  • accurate and timely compilation and submittal of expense reports by obtaining receipts, business purposes, meeting attendees and other expense report requirements for assigned employees
  • assist with travel bookings, cancellations, changes and urgent travel reservations
• Act as liaison for employee inquiries regarding the travel and expense policy and reporting processes
• Liaise with the travel management company as needed
• Process and review employee travel and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

• Executive level customer service oriented
• Exercises discretion with sensitive and confidential information
• Previous T&E related experience a plus
• Experience using Concur Expense and Concur Travel applications a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to organize and plan work effectively to meet goals and objectives
• Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to adjust communication styles to reflect the audience
