Multi Family Superintendent
Position Overview: The Multi Family Superintendent is responsible for the coordination and completion of all construction projects assigned. He/She is the senior on-site representative of the company and is the primary interface between the companys project and client personnel. The Superintendent will oversee the coordination of all on-site activities, including the daily scheduling and management of sub-contractors. The Superintendent must ensure that all construction activities are performed in accordance with the companys safety and quality standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget, schedule, quality control, safety, and personnel
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the on-site construction team
- Monitor the progress of the construction project, detect and resolve potential problems and conflicts
- Ensure the project is completed in accordance with the approved budget, schedule, plans, and specifications
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and review progress reports, material and labor estimates, and other related reports
- Ensure adherence to all applicable safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, BIM/Navisworks/Autodesk, Procore, and Project Management
- Proficient in Construction Management, Presentation Abilities, Time Management, Multi-tasking, Attention to detail, and Customer-Oriented Approach
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
