draft, review and approve contracts relevant to unscripted production, including production services agreements, location agreements, performer and contestant agreements, and a variety of releases. coordinate with Company subject matter experts (e.g., intellectual property, music, piracy, employment, labor, risk management, etc.) to address issues arising from unscripted production, and aid in coordinating clearance matters with third parties and internal Disney business units. work on content license agreements with third party partners.
