Responsibilities

The Delphi Analyst is a system professional specializing in the Delphi computer system, a structured communication technique used to gather expert data and make informed decisions. The analyst facilitates the Delphi process by entering data, running reports, identifying errors, designing reports, collecting and analyzing responses, and synthesizing the results. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of the Delphi method in various fields such as forecasting, policymaking, and decision support.

Examples of duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Leverage reporting tools to generate insights, analyze sales performance, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data within Delphi systems.
  3. Lead the design, development, and customization of Delphi-based sales systems to meet the specific needs and workflows of the sales team.
  4. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration with other business applications and systems.
  5. Provide training and support to sales team members on effectively using Delphi-based sales applications.
  6. Oversee the ongoing maintenance of Delphi applications, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  7. Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
  8. Work closely with sales leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Delphi solutions with organizational goals.
  9. Stay informed about advancements in Delphi technology and best practices in sales system management.
  10. Ensure that Delphi systems comply with data protection and security regulations.
  11. Implement and monitor access controls to safeguard sensitive sales information.
  12. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Sales leaders.
