Technical Consumer Representative Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers to provide comprehensive support and guidance, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge
Collaborating closely with product management team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handling warranty-related inquiries and processes with precision and efficiency
Enjoying a balanced workload that includes investigating cases, undertaking special projects and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement
Technical Consumer Representative Requirements:
Whether it's verbal or written, your ability to communicate effectively is top-notch
We need someone who is not just willing but eager to take on challenges and deliver results consistently
You possess the knack for dissecting complex issues and finding pragmatic solutions
A solid foundation in technical concepts will be key to excelling in this role
You're confident in making informed decisions, even in high-pressure situations
With at least 4 years in a customer service role, preferably within manufacturing, HVAC, or plumbing industries
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
