Job description
Come join our team and work Monday thru Friday; 6:30 am to 3:00 pm during the summer!
Our top-notch Food Service Team is responsible for all food service in our employee cafeteria/cafe. We promote green and maintain the highest standard of health and safety.
- Prepare Food Items in hot/cold food applications and cafe while following established food preparation procedures for the purpose of meeting the mandated health standards.
- Dishwashing, Stocking and Inventories, Cashier
- Keep all areas of operation clean, organized, and sanitary while continuously striving to improve operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective functions of the cafeteria/cafe.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Currently working towards a culinary degree or certificate preferred.
- Experience in Food Service preferred.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work individually in a team environment.
- Adequate math skills for operating a cash register and handling money.
- Team player.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Very organized.
- Ability to take direction.
- Candidate must be upbeat and positive.
The hours for this position are 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, May to August.
