Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of digital brand strategy and marketing plan including activities, goals, objectives and KPIs.
- Ensure the website is functioning, optimized and updated to deliver the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Work closely with BD, QWA thought leaders, and partners to drive website results through content collaboration.
- Proactively manage website content requests for timeliness, relevance and accuracy.
- Communicates project status, issues and resolutions with appropriate stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with digital teams in the wider group to support web developments.
- Support the build and maintenance of the QWA Intranet with relevant content and troubleshooting.
- Maintain the social media editorial calendar and posting schedule, along with Marketing Manager.
- Monitor and manage social media content including social listening.
- Create and post content in accordance to our social media strategy.
- Work with design and on your own with existing tools to ensure creation and consistency of images and visuals on our social media platforms.
- Support the wider team in the delivery and development of industry leading digital initiative including event promotion.
- Produce website performance reports with insight and recommendations.
- Support the team to monitor and track all digital marketing activities and platforms against defined KPIs.
- Ensure consistency in communications and brand guidelines when deploying strategies.
- Work with partners and QWA thought leaders on content and execution of speaking events.
- Be a brand advocate.
- Support overall marketing team goals and programs.

, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress and HubSpot.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete projects on time.
- Excellent written and oral skills, ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
- An eagerness to learn web content and social media performance best practices.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Familiarity with Google Search Console
- Basic understanding of web analytics and metrics
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or other programming languages
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Creative and have a good eye for design and user experience.
- Exposure to marketing automation and analytics features.
- Experience with marketing tools, software and social media such as HubSpot’s Marketing and CRM, WordPress, Google Analytics, Trello, LinkedIn, Threads etc.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment that values creativity, self-motivation, candour, reliability, and accountability.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to perform independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and curiosity.
